Hello, I'm Brooke. Thank you for embracing this journey. It takes courage to focus on yourself when change can be scary, and I'm honored to work through this with you. I provide trauma-informed care and am trained in a variety of treatment theories and interventions. I primarily work with adults who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, OCD and trauma. Developing a trusting, therapeutic relationship is important as we work together toward your goals.
